The Company has a policy to pay dividends of not less than 50 percent of the net profit
based on the Company’s separate financial statements after deduction of corporate income tax and legal reserves.
Such dividend payment shall be subject to the economic conditions, financial position, cash flow, and investment plans of the Company
and its subsidiaries in each year, as well as necessity, appropriateness, and other considerations as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
